OYO Rooms - Senior Manager - Finance - Record To Report - CA (5-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities -
- Oversee the accounting operations of subsidiary corporations, especially their control systems, transaction-processing operations, and financial compliance.
- Cost centre based accounting, accounts payables, payroll, bank reconciliations, debt payments,
- Maintain the chart of accounts, orderly accounting filing systems,
- Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions.
- Monthly financial statements, Coordinate the preparation of the corporate annual report
- Provide for a system of management cost reports
- Provide financial analyses as needed, in particular for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations
- Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit
- Monitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants.
Desired Qualifications :
The controller candidate should be a CA and 5 to 8 years of responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation
