OYO Rooms - Senior Manager - Finance - CA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (5-8 yrs)
1 CA or MBA Finance (from top 20 B-schools) with 6-8 years of experience in an organization of repute, with strong experience in the area process optimization or handing finance transformation projects Experience of handling improvement projects, facilitating and supporting business change and to influence others across the business of the need to change.
2 Exposure in the handling/ supporting financial projects and finance Re-engineering / transformation related activities will be an added advantage.
3 Strong technical and accounting skills. Working knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP will be useful. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Experience of process improvement tools and techniques.
4 Self-starter, organized, methodical, and able to deal effectively with multiple priorities and do multitasking. Strong planning and organizational skills and problem-solving ability.
5 Experience in insurance industry would be an added advantage Strong communication & interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a fast paced multi-cultural environment
6 Contributing the strategy for Sales & Distribution function and leading programs identifying emerging growth opportunities
7 Implementing multiple distribution transformation projects for Agency channel
8 Owning the incubation of new distribution channels and sustaining and scaling-up of nascent programs launching recently and driving organization and stakeholder alignment to the plan -
9 Contributing towards building holistic environment assessment of customers, competition and regulatory environment
10 Contribute to Finance Organization design basis roles & responsibilities of Finance towards Business and Support functions.
11 Perform mapping of Finance organization to its internal stakeholders and internal customers to draw up linkages and engagement model.
1 Finalization of the projects timelines in liaison with the tech team
2 Daily, Weekly and monthly reports
3 Supply and demand reconciliation by region and channel wise
4 Budgeting, forecasting and adherence to targets
5 Act as SPOC from finance teams and aid all internal finance teams.
