Position: Senior Manager - Corporate Channel Reporting Manager- AVP Revenue Location: Gurgaon - Corporate Office Roles &amp; Responsibilities : - P&amp;L ownership of OYO LIFE Business through a micro-market channel - Define strategy &amp; own implementation for revenue growth for OYO Life product through MM sales force - Build an all-new sales capability to hunt &amp; farm corporate business - Revenue growth&nbsp; - Drive day to day product sales, identify &amp; problem-solve areas of improvement&nbsp; - Closely coordinate with regional ground MM sales team and enable them for generating demand for OYO LIFE&nbsp; - Track the revenue trends &amp; insights: Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting to leadership vis-vis targets o Drive effective sales through levers such as training, optimizing span of control &amp; incentive structure design - Market mapping &amp; development&nbsp; - Identify and develop opportunities for product penetration across sectors/segments such as Retail, corporates, Government, Medical, Travel, etc. - Develop Go-to-market strategies for identified opportunities - Build marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition - Organize central marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth&nbsp; - Develop local specific campaigns for demand generation in micro markets - Tech enablement&nbsp; - Champion tech solutions to increase lead conversion &amp; sales, enhance user experience and improve retention&nbsp; - Enhance lead management system to improve channel efficiency - Learning &amp; Development&nbsp; - Partner with L&amp;D to design and develop a learning program for Demand managers and Revenue associates&nbsp; - Close co-ordination with L&amp;D team and ensure OYO LIFE L&amp;D is part of all MM learning sessions. - Collaborate extensively with all internal stakeholders - OYO Rooms team, OYO Life central and on-ground sales team to enable product adoption - Ensure quick issue resolution &amp; escalations wherever necessary
