Role &amp; Responsibilities: - Setup, plan and sign home supply through local sources (builders, agents, brokers, and homeowners) - Need to travel on the ground and generate leads for homes - Proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring - Identifying new forms of Real Estate to ensure the right inventory growth and higher market share for the respective market - Co-ordination and follow up with cross-functional teams, for growth and relationship management of existing business opportunities Requirements: - Local geography knowledge is a MUST - Sales manager experience at banking, real estate, pharmaceutical or start-ups preferred Ready to travel as and when required and willingness to work on the field. - 3 -6 years of relevant experience in sales and business development - Prior experience in leading a team - Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams - Experience in an early-stage start-up environment and inherent hustle factor would be an advantage - Fluent communication and ability to manage situations on the ground situations and partner relationships - Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivation driven - Demonstrates the high ethical value
