Job Description

We are recruiting for an interesting role in the revenue function of OYO Vacation Homes.

Looking for smart, passionate go-getters who enjoy hustling and taking loads of ownership. Scope of work ranges from revenue analysis, management reporting, cross-functional collaboration ensuring implementation to endless problem solving.

We are currently hiring for our revenue team. The candidate will be responsible for -

- Lead homeowner yield improvement program for OVH using a multi-channel approach (product, homeowner service, marketing campaigns) to nudge homeowners to take revenue improvement actions

- Work with OYO's global product team to design seamless homeowner experiences for revenue insights and actions.

- Build user funnels and optimize for maximum conversion through product/content changes

- Build internal mechanisms to track asset wise restrictions and resolutions

- Identify seasonal opportunities for revenue improvement campaigns and execute campaigns in coordination with product, homeowner service and marketing teams

- Measure, track and report the impact of different campaigns run every quarter and iterate on the approach to maximize conversion

- Gap identification, action planning and resolution for forward looking inventory after engaging with multiple stakeholders
