Role would require the following :
i. Problem Solving :
- Owning a portfolio of properties of Oyo living in a city and understanding the root cause of low revenue
- Design processes and solutions to improve overall revenue
- Driving adoption and impact of the initiatives by working in close coordination with the internal stakeholders
ii. Data Orientation :
- Sound understanding of numbers and data
- Identifying trends, patterns, outliers and deep dive on core issues
- Use Data Science and solid Why Why Analysis to identify the root cause
- Knowledge of R and SQL is a plus (not mandatory), hands on experience in Excel mandatory
iii. Stakeholder Management :
- Collaborating extensively with all internal stakeholder - Hub Heads, Ops Heads, AGMs, BD Heads, BDMs to work on special projects, resolve issues and improve revenue at property
- Working with central teams to work enhancing the revenue - Pricing, OTA, Walk-In teams
iv. Portfolio Manager :
- Working along with the internal teams to manage owner relations
- Extensively communicate the progress and updates to the owner
Skills Needed :
- Fluent communication - both verbal and written, and ability to manage situations
- Demonstrates high ethical values
- Strong research and data analytical skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle pressure
- Market research to understand the market requirements (where to open new properties, how much to open, and when to open), Checking the right pricing, Improving the guest experience at existing live inventory
- B2B alliances for sales and value added features
- Ensuring offline branding
- Ensuring lead conversions (at area level, at property level) his area
