Induction and training of new joinees in the Micro Market team in the region 3. Ensure necessary training decks and materials are in order prior to the training 4. Identify learning gaps in the sales function. 5. Design / deliver learning intervention to increase Demand Manager Productivity 6. Ensure effective Knowledge Management in the Region through 100% completion of employee assessments. 7. Ensure adherence to training delivery calendar Lead Pathshala in the respective region. Exp : 7-11 years of experience Age should not be more than 33 years
