OYO Rooms - Regional Housekeeping Head - Self Operated Business (7-10 yrs)
We @ OYO are looking for a candidate with 7+ years of relevant experience in Housekeeping + Facility management for the position of Regional Housekeeping Head in North.
Key responsibilities mentioned below :
1. Monitoring, controlling, execution of site mgmt, ensure efficient utilization of resources(Man,m/c, material)
2. Client Meeting & Interaction for their satisfaction of work.
3. MANAGING FUNCTIONS :
- Site Handling & Area Management, Manpower Training for the operational team.
- Implementation of Team level working spirit,
4. Handling of manpower grievance for site people at operational level
- To ensure the sales and Control Procedures are followed as prescribed by the Management.
5. To handle guest complaints and redress guest grievances. Responsible for the entire service,ensure operations at sites as per standards
6. An aggressive approach in Up gradation & knowledge of the team, Quality Assurance & Control techniques suggestions, Expertise in Allied Services & adequate service level knowledge REPORT/ PRESENTATION
7. Willing to extensive travel across the region and must have a go-getter attitude
