As the head of OYO's Referral Program you will create experiences which help our existing Customers bring new ones onto the platform. Responsibilities -&nbsp; - Drive new user revenue from referral channel. - Propose and develop experiments to improve referral flows and deepen engagement - Understand user funnels and identify opportunity for improvement, and suggest best practices that can be leveraged across the teams - Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects to drive conversions on online platforms Preferred Person - 5+ years of growth marketing experience of acquisition as well as retention. - Understanding of cohort analysis, segmentation and deriving actionable insights from data - Experience of developing hypotheses, gathering feedback and A/B testing them - First principle problem solving and data-driven decision making - Stakeholder management and great interpersonal skills - Ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts - 'Fail Fast, Learn Faster' - Product experience in an ecommerce/consumer company preferred
