OYO Rooms is looking for a Recovery/Pricing Manager who will lead pricing, discounting and recovery optimisation responsibilities in the Conversion and Growth team.
Responsibilities -
- Lead all prepaid improvement initiatives
- Plan Monthly/Weekly deals calendar to maximise conversion. Execute them seamlessly
- Minimise discounting led burn
- Create new concepts/offer constructs to attract traffic
- Report to the AVP - Recovery & Conversion
Required skill -
- Experience in pricing in a B2C company (preferably online)
- Strong in data analytics/numbers
- Strong in stakeholder management
- Fluid verbal/written communication
- 4-5 years of relevant experience
