Work on Key Projects Spanning - call center projects, improving operational efficiency.

Example Projects:

- Improving TAT for packages fulfillment process

- Reduce customer escalations

- Drive projects for improving customer experience

Preferred Person:

- First principal problem solving, analytical skills, data-driven focused decision making

- Ensure projects/tasks are delivered with utmost quality along with agreed objectives and within the given time-line - Very High Execution Focus

- Stakeholder Management with field, product, technology and internal teams
