OYO Rooms - Project Associate

Job Description:-

- Lead multiple projects or work streams within Direct Channel and own all operational metrics associated with the project.

- Implement new initiatives to improve the performance on the operational metrics- and deliver revenue impact

- Use data science and solid 5 why analysis to improve turnaround time and improve other process parameters

- Driving adoption and impact of the initiatives by working in close coordination with the Operations Heads on the ground

- Working with the product and technology teams to institutionalize the initiatives and create a sustainable impact

- Execute and deliver Channel's Annual Operating Plan and drive revenue impacting initiatives

Eligibility Criteria:-

- Total work experience of more than 1-3 years

- Preferred - Tier 1 college

- Sound analytical skills - must be competent in Excel and SQL

- Strong Stakeholder Management Skill

- Proven track record to work in a highly dynamic environment and delivering projects in a time-bound manner
