Overview :

Play an important role in executing the Company's vision, in achieving key goals, and in providing efficiency and structure through support. Work with the communications team on key projects that help promote and protect the company's external reputation and thereby drive impact.

What you will do :

- Run the PR & Communications Office in an efficient and effective manner by structuring its time and providing operational support

- Prepare Memos, presentations, communication, company updates as required for the broader stakeholders in the organisation, primarily Group CEO and CXOs office

- Be part of key meetings to gather the pulse of the company - prepare background notes, run the meetings to a defined agenda, and follow-up on action items

- Help articulate the team priorities and track progress against organizational goals

- Lead special projects which are highly entrepreneurial and deliver tangible work

- Act as point-person for the PR & Communications Office to track progress, follow up with functions/departments across organization

- Help drive implementation of campaigns, processes, etc., in international markets

- Manage budgets, contracts and related reports, and own vendor management

- Coordinate and execute organization-wide initiatives

- This role will be a precursor to several long-term exciting opportunities within the organization

Required :

- 3+ years of work experience

- From consulting firms, startups, PR agencies, etc.

- Strong organization skills and outstanding attention to detail

- Exercises good judgment, particularly in narrow timeframes

- Team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills

- Ability to successfully partner with stakeholders

- Creativity and bias for action
