Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years Target Industry: FMCG/Internet/ecommerce/start up Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for developing a business capability for OYO's 500+ own operated hotels, a business growing at the pace of 15-20% every month - Build process, technology, and people related capabilities to scale the business 10X - Work on different operations model and projects to drive efficiency and cost reduction - Work with 100+ General Managers and 20+ P&L heads on the field to achieve Opex numbers for both short term and long term - Build clear process and product capabilities to differentiate Own operated hotels than the franchise operated properties Required Skills: - Strong People leader who can influence and motivate large teams on the ground - Ability to create a scalable and repeatable process - Ability to create technology products along with the engineering teams to automate operations on the ground - Objective and structural problem-solving skills - Data drove and strong analytical mind frame - Ability to build and innovate different operating models Eligibility: - Undergraduate degree from a Tier I college/university in India (IIT, BITS, NIT, etc.) or MBA/PGDM from Tier I Colleges in India - Must have a passion for bringing disproportionate changes and structured thinking. - 3 to 5 years of experience managing large scale Operations, working with cross-functional teams to meet a common business goal - Entrepreneurial work experience will be an added advantage
