OYO Rooms - Program Manager

Job Description :-

Play an important role in executing the Company's vision, in achieving key goals, and in providing efficiency and structure through support. Work closely with the CXO group and the execution partners and derive impact.

What you will do

1. Help articulate the Organisation priorities and track progress against organizational goals

2. Lead special projects which are highly entrepreneurial and deliver tangible work

3. Act as point-person for the CEO Office to track progress, follow up with functions/departments across organization

4. Run the CEO Office in an efficient and effective manner by structuring its time and providing operational support

5. Prepare Memos, presentations, communication, company updates as required for the broader stakeholders in the

Organisation

1. Be part of key meetings to gather the pulse of the company - prepare background notes, run the meetings to a defined agenda, and follow-up on action items

2. Coordinate and execute organization-wide initiatives

3. This role will be a precursor to several long-term exciting opportunities within the organization

Who you are

1. 2-4 years of work experience

2. Consulting, Investment Banking, Strategy, FMCG, Entrepreneur, Tech and similar firms/roles
