- This position requires the candidate to be in Amsterdam for at least one year for project execution. - Portfolio manager will own and would be responsible for delivering the top line for one or more set of hotel/ home portfolios. Problem Solving: - Owning the portfolio and analyzing the root cause of low revenue - Design processes and solutions to grow the top line and monetize the assets - Optimizing critical processes to reduce the TAT to efficiently achieve the core objective - Use Data Science and solid first principles to problem solve and design solutions Channel Improvement and Utilization - OTA - Work along with the central team and field team to improve OTA performance - listing, pricing, content, reviews and campaigns - Direct - Work along with the internal revenue team, data science team, marketing and conversion team to identify core levers impacting revenue on internal channel and drive growth - Understanding the gaps in revenue score and working on all input levers of improvement - Working along with the Operations, Supply team and hotel/ home owner to resolve root problems and improve conversion metrics at the hotel Hyper-local revenue optimization - Peak Pricing - Understand the local peaks - marriages, local festivals, social gatherings, sports events and give the inputs on price accordingly in advance - Hyper Local Marketing - Identify hyper local factors impacting revenue in a small cluster Stakeholder Management - Collaborating extensively with all internal stakeholder - Hub team, Operations team, Supply team to work on revenue improvement projects at hotel/ home - Working with central teams to work enhancing the revenue - Pricing, OTA, Marketing, Conversions, Data science - Working along with the owners to understand and resolve the problems. Skills Needed: - Experience in designing and executing projects - Data Orientation: Sound understanding of numbers and data and should be able to identify trends, patterns, outliers and deep dive on core issues. Knowledge of R and SQL is a plus - Fluent communication - both verbal and written - Demonstrates high ethical values - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight deadlines and handle pressure
