This role is for a Performance manager position in the international OTA team for OYO and the candidate will be required to drive the performance of a particular zone/ region/country on the Online Travel agencies. We are looking to hire smart and driven candidates with analytical framework and past experience of cross functional roles. The position is required to be filled immediately. 1. Responsible for a an international zone's growth and revenue based on company goals 2. Owner of the zone/category's performance on OTAs and to drive time-bound impact and results 3. Analyse key performance drivers, raise the flags to concerned departments and ensure the metrics are achieved on timely basis 4. Drive deliverable by working cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders Key Skills : 1. 2-4 years of relevant experience in business analytics/consulting/revenue growth roles 2. Undergrad Preference - IIT/NIT/Top Delhi University Colleges 3. Worked cross functionally 4. Fluent communication and ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders 5. Enthusiastic and self-motivated 6. Comfortable with large data sets and able to drive meaningful insights from data
