Operations - Customer Excellence Duties and Responsibilities : - Streamline & improve on the processes for pan India operations - Manage a team of project associates to drive projects and improve customer experience and operational efficiency. - Must have strong data orientation and ability to get insights from different data sets and reports. - Work with hub teams (stock & quality team) across India to deliver on monthly customer experience metrics (NPS), Room Loss, CX Churn etc. - Engage with multiple stakeholders like Finance, Technology, Call Center Operations, and field operations, etc - Devise and own projects for delivering superior customer experience from time to time. Work closely with stakeholders to drive these to closure. - Quick learner, leadership skills, ability to multi-task and lead a highly functional team Key competency required : - Analytically strong and have lead team - Strong personality that can connect both with internal and external stakeholders - Focused Execution - Excellent communication skills
