Manage the P/L end to end for a micro market:

- Creating new processes to improve operational efficiency

- Building Sustainable demand channels from a long term perspective

- Responsible for meeting the supply targets and identifying new supply avenues

- Drive the offline channels and close liaising with the online team to ensure meeting of the URN targets

- Responsible for managing Operations (quality of service & escalations) in the marketplace and ensuring high quality of customer experience

- Build a highly engaged and energetic team strive for success

- Creating new processes to improve operational efficiency

Required Skills:

- Fluent communication and ability to manage situations on the ground

- Preference will be given to a team leader, who has handled team strength of min 5 team member reporting

- Analytical frame of mind & a go getter attitude

- Focused and possess sales mindset

- Ability to get things done and influence others
