Key Responsibilities : - First principal problem solving, analytical skills, data-driven focused decision making, excellent project management skills - Define and execute OYO's strategy and execution philosophy for SEM - Perform regular site audits to ensure we- re using the latest Google search features, and are optimized for the right keywords. - Analyze performance data and provide intelligent synthesis, interpretation and appropriate action plans based on conclusions. - Conduct recurring weekly and monthly optimization tasks (i.e. keyword ranking, expansion, ad testing, negative keywords, etc.) - Enable team to perform day-to-day campaign activities for enterprise level Paid Search (PPC) campaigns, including: bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing, etc. Preferred Skills : - 1+ years of experience managing search marketing campaigns and budgets at scale - Proven track record of increasing traffic, improving brand and site visibility within major search engines, and increasing site authority through trusted and natural link building. - Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles and excellent project management skills. - Deep understanding of Google Ads strategies, keyword bidding, and best practices - Experience with SQL, Python and/or R is a plus - A strong analytical background with a bias for developing data-driven solution
