OYO Rooms - Marketing Associate - CRM (3-13 yrs)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with Manager to help develop, manage and execute campaigns. Conceptualise CRM marketing communication activities.
- Execute the strategies to drive traffic, retarget, repeat purchase and cross sell.
- Analyse data, derive insights and embed it into actions which can increase the repeat business for online channels, to understand user behaviour and transaction patterns.
- Coordinate plans with various stakeholders internally and externally
- Track key performance metrics for user cohorts. Lead monitoring, tracking and reporting of different campaigns.
- Maintain and publish performance dashboards.
- Work on improving the booking funnel from user activation, conversion and realization through CRM based activities.
- New initiatives for increasing repeat business from existing online user base.
Desired skills:
- Data driven. Comfortable with numbers to make focused decisions.
- 1-2 years experience in Marketing
- Stakeholder management
- Prior experience in CRM marketing is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and willing to apply new concepts.
