Manager - Warehousing and Logistics - Managing Oyo's distribution network, 3PL management, creating and implementing SOPs, inventory management at warehouses, monitoring SLAs and TATs of logistics vendors - Ensuring all financial control and compliance - Ensuring fulfillment of reorders and property consumables - Managing reverse logistics of assets - Tracking OTIF, optimizing cost, minimizing delays, identifying critical paths and managing it, implementing review and reporting mechanism - Taking up short term process improvement projects and implement in time bound manner - Identifying opportunities and implementing process automation projects with respect to order management and warehouse management systems
