Job Title : Manager / Senior Manager
Department - Finance Controllership
Location : Gurgaon
Candidate in this role will be responsible to control and delivery of key areas under financial statements of International Legal entities:
- Monthly inputs for MIS preparation and review of results including P&L, Cash flow and Balance Sheet
- Monthly preparation and review of Balance Sheet Schedules majorly related to Trade Payables
- Partnering with the following functions to drive and deliver business results as per monthly calendar:
a. Business Finance
b. FP&A
c. Corporate FP&A team
d. PSCM
e. Marketing etc
- Experience in Internal and statutory audit and addressing audit queries with improvement in existing processes.
- SOX & ICFR Controls compliances
- Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting.
- Taking lead for new projects related to fianc- processes for improvements and better monitoring the results
Qualification, Skills and Experience :
- Qualifications: Chartered Accountant
- Experience: 4- 5 years
- Management Accounting, Audit and Taxation
- Leadership / Stakeholder Management Skills
