Manager / Senior Manager - Due Diligence
Job Description :- Manage deal end-to -end from signing of the term sheet till the execution of the purchase agreement to handover of the property to the hotel Operator
- Manage and coordinate approach of various stakeholders and third party diligence providers throughout the transaction process
- Analyze and highlight potential liabilities and risks, which impact valuation and negotiation of the Target company
- Present key issues note from the diligence findings as normalized earnings, valuation model input assumptions, achievability of management's budget, and indebtedness considerations
Key Skills :- Chartered Accountant
- 6 to 8 years of work experience in Due Diligence post qualification
- Strong financial concepts
- Good communication skills
- Self - driven individual who believes in speed of execution
- Has worked in unstructured environment, Startup/ Fund experience is a plus
- Has a process oriented approach helpful in due diligence etc.
