Title : Manager / Senior Manager - Alliances (B2B)

Department : Asset Monetization

Business Unit : Self Operated Hotels

Location : The position is based out to Gurgaon (HO)

Qualifications :

- 3 to 8 years of experience, with a good pedigree.

- People from commercial leasing background, or store expansion background, or from retail merchant on-boarding teams of wallet companies will be given preference

30,000 feet view of the role

- Asset monetization : It is about maximizing non-room revenues from the hotels by monetizing every square feet of real estate available in our properties. Non-room revenues include food & beverages, retail, gym, spa, laundry, branding revenues etc. from over 300 assets (properties) spread across 15 cities.

KRAs :


- Establish relationships with top QSR brands to monetize out cafe / restaurant spaces on a lease or revenue share model

- Establish relationships with top retail brands (electronics, fashion, souvenir, gifts, crafts etc) to monetize our retail spaces

- Tie-up with mobility, communication, outdoor advertising brands

- Post MoU implementation of the alliances - store opening, relationship and account management
