OYO Rooms - Manager - Process Excellence (3-6 yrs)
Job Description:
- Developing effective solution for Demand Forecasting, Procurement, Inventory Optimisation, logistics and supply chain process improvements
- Work cross-functionally to develop ideas and build consensus for business process and IT systems improvements that will allow us to achieve a higher degree of supply chain automation.
- Reduce Supply chain cost and turn-around time through optimised supply chain processes and automation
- Coordinates resources, provide clear direction and timelines for deliverable, and delegate tasks across the Supply Chain team
- Effectively handle multiple priorities to meet all objectives and deadlines.
- Generating insights and present findings, Developing analytical strategies, and deliverable to meets business requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
- Proven track record in analytics space with focus on supply chain automation
- Strong analytical thinking skills. Ability to creatively solve business problems, innovating new approaches where required.
- Ability to work with Technology team in building new products for Supply Chain function
- Ability to interpret research findings for multiple audiences, extract insights and communicate effectively
- Must have the ability to adapt to changing business priorities in a fast-paced business environment
- Good oral and written communication skills
