OYO Rooms - Manager - Payroll Finance

- Manage monthly payroll for employees, liaising with local HR to reconcile and resolve employee data variances, and submitting data for processing; reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate reports

- Scrutinise payroll data to ensure consistency and accuracy / reasonableness of employee data provided by HRMS

- Manage outsourced payroll vendor relationships and ensure adherence to policies, procedures and SLAs

- Perform year-end reporting for all payrolls

- Administer and ensure proper accounting for company & ESOP plan

- Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits. Administer monthly and annual tax settlement for payrolls.

- Record applicable month-end accounting entries to the general ledger controlling accounts for payroll transactions

- Reconcile GL accounts, ensuring reconciling items are reviewed and cleared according to policy.

Manager - Required Qualifications: B.Com, BBA, BBM, M.Com, C.A. (Inter) 6 to 8 years of relevant experience.
