This role will be a part of the central marketing team, making an offline marketing plan and ensuring executions Job Description - Identifying new user segments for OYO and create marketing strategies to target the same - Building strong media plans to deliver business objectives like Revenue growth, App Installs, etc. - Identifying advertising opportunities - liaise with broadcasters, publishers &amp; media agency - Creative briefs - Understand the problem statement &amp; communicate the same to mar-comm agency - POC for mar-comm agencies and other relevant vendors for implementation of agreed communication &amp; media strategies - Track metrics for campaign success for all marketing programs and promotional activities and derive insights represented by way of a report - Marketing Expenditure Budget management and reporting Requirements - 2-5 years of experience in media planning or marketing communication roles at a national level - Personal leadership - the ability to take quick decisions and manage multiple tasks at a time - Prior experience in managing agencies &amp; vendors - Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and vendor management skills - Ability to work in a fast pace environment and to perform under pressure &amp; uncertainty - Strong analytical skills with data-driven thinking - Excel and PPT knowledge
