Roles & Responsibilities: You'll be part of the core team that understands the OYO consumer and takes actions on the basis of data and trends. You will be working with the existing revenue, traffic & conversions teams to leverage existing skills/workstreams and implement Home-specific strategies to increase traffic & conversion for the category. Home is an exciting, new category with lots of scope to innovate and implement new ideas. The role would be an end-to-end ideas to implementation role. Analytics: - Understand the category funnel for traffic and conversion, gain insights and implement changes on the app & web - Optimize the prioritization logic to ensure Home properties traffic is maintained, and is visible to relevant users - Conduct analysis using statistical, analytical methods and tools to provide actionable insights, identify trends and implement ideas Campaign Execution - Ownership of demand generation & campaign execution - Define the current & future Target audience for OYO Home - Plan and execute campaigns for new user acquisition through digital media - Develop online re-marketing campaigns - Design & execute CRM campaigns for App & Web (Notifications, SMS, Emailers) Skills required: - Data Orientation, experience with data mining & data analysis a plus - Strong problem solving & analytical skills - Good programming skills/understanding of SQL, R/Python - Ability to hustle - Orientation/Interest in Marketing
