Qualification : Chartered Accountant (preference will be given to CISA/DISA qualified students)

Computer Skills : Microsoft office, working knowledge of ERP

Areas of Exposure :

Experience in Internal Audit, forensic audits, data analytics in similar industry. Experience in implementation of Internal Financial Controls as per Companies Act or worked in Finance & accounts and have handled different profiles like Management Reporting/MIS, Financial Accounting, Accounts

Job Profile :

Primary :

- Read audit reports and categorize observations based on the nature

- Follow up for systemic remediation of critical audit observations

- Monthly report to Management on key audit observations

- Identify the common themes for releasing Guidelines, policies & SOPs

- Carry out regular testing of operating effectiveness of key controls at IC/BU

- Conduct independent business process review to identify gaps, if any and suggest remediation.

- Suggest new controls to update IFC documentation

Secondary :

- Create awareness about internal controls, prevention & detection of fraud risks

- Promote ethical behaviour and work culture

- Strengthening the function by benchmarking with good practices in the industry
