- Will be a part of Sales and Operation team of OYO Financial Services  - To support in Co creation of financial product with financing / lending partners for Hotel Partner, Travel Agents, Corporate & any other partners where financing is requirement  - Mentoring & monitoring sales performance of Financial Services (FS) team member  - Owning monthly Sales target and guiding FS team for sustainable growth of loan books.  - Process owner for closure of legal & Commercial agreements with external Stakeholders, Internal team and Legal  - Collaborate 's with technology teams for automation of the process & Tech development  - Close Interaction with OYO Business Development & Hotel Partner for large ticket Business Loan for disbursal and post disbursal monitoring  Skill Set:  - 7 - 10 years of experience as leading Sales & Operation team for Business loan, MSME Loans with Banks, NBFC's / Fintech NBFCs  - Strong understanding of unsecured business loan products is must  - Team Player and prior experience of Fintech Industry will be added advantage  - Process Driven and strong performer in achieving Monthly / Quarterly Sales target  - Young, energetic with good communication skills and problem solving approach   - Knowledge of credit underwriting will be strong advantage
