OYO Rooms - Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis/Business Finance

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 69 (Work from Office)

Job Description:

Business finance:

- Work closely with business teams including revenue and supply team to solve business problems from financial point of view

- Work on various projects/initiatives with different cross functional teams which will contribute to (a) growth of revenue or (b) reduction of costs

- Act as a bridge between business team and core financial accounting, financial operations and tax teams

- Understand the business model and the financial architecture of the company and draw synergies

Financial Planning:

- Develop and manage Long Range Plans (LRPs), Short Range Plans, Annual Operating Plans (AOPs), and quarterly forecasts.

- Drive Profit and Cash planning, including managing Profit and Loss (P&L), provisions, cash flow, and working capital.

Business Performance Management :

- Lead the business review process, including weekly pacing, monthly Management Business Review Meetings (MBRMs), and Quarterly Business Review Meetings (QBRMs).

- Collaborate closely with Business and Global Program Management Office (GPMO) to proactively solve problems, drive financial performance, and manage risks and opportunities.

Key Requirements:

- 3 to 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis / Business finance

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Proficiency in FP&A reporting and forecasting tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders.

- Proven track record of driving business performance through strategic financial planning and analysis.
