Job Description : - Responsible for managing regular monitoring of engineering &amp; infrastructure related issues across OYO's premium hotels vertical. - Facility maintenance involving mechanical, electrical and civil infrastructure services across multiple location. - Monitor and respond to open maintenance tickets, resolve critical issues and get tickets closed within given TATS. Ensure timely close of tickets / issues to maintain service quality for all the assets under operation. - Decision making on critical issues involving R&amp;M expenses based on the inputs received from property engineers. - Ensuring minimum blocked inventory due to maintenance issues. - Optimize electricity, fuel, water, R&amp;M costs and lead independent efficiency projects to bring process improvements. Vendor Management : - Help in Identifying and developing pan India level vendors for all maintenance related works. - Develop performance monitoring standards for vendors and to ensure SLA adherence. - Evaluate quotations submitted by vendors for various works to optimized costs. - Rate contract for routine items and standard services across India. - Monitor progress of vendor payment and regular processing of invoices. MIS : - Prepare weekly, monthly management information report pertaining to asset maintenance cost, quality and response time i.e., dashboard summarizing breakdowns, preventive maintenance schedules, Turnaround times (TATs) &amp; SLAs, electricity/fuel consumption for management information. - Maintain budget plan vs expenses and prepare dashboard for reporting purpose Reporting : - Work in close coordination with Director - Mountania Operations, GMs /AGMs, Service heads to ensure smooth Engineering services operations. - Bachelor's degree + MBA(preferable). - 10- 15 Years of relevant experience(repair and maintenance, pre live) in hospitality industry (preferably 5 star/premium luxury properties). - Having prior experience and knowledge of remotely managing properties. - Knowledge of sourcing, contract negotiation and vendor onboarding process. Ability to work under pressure and perform independently.
