Job Highlights :
- Person should be the member of the ICSI with an experience of close to 10 years with expert knowledge of Companies Act and FEMA.
- The person should have expertise in the corporate secretarial field.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- To handle all corporate and secretarial compliances for the corporate entity, including all filings with regulatory and government bodies preferably in the entities having subsidiaries outside India.
- To prepare necessary documents for calling, conducting, holding and documenting minutes of the Board, its committees and Members meetings
- To ensure good governance and assist in corporate activities like risk assessment, operating a vigil mechanism
- To study laws applicable to the business operations and drive compliance through compliance systems of the company
- To collaborate with various teams for ensuring compliance of laws applicable to business operations
- To handle compliance & regulatory affairs, including inspections, compliance notices and enforcement of laws
Essential Attributes :
