Job Description:

- We are recruiting for an interesting role in the business finance function of OYO Vacation Homes.

- Looking for smart, passionate go-getters who enjoy hustling and taking loads of ownership. Scope of work ranges from financial analysis, management reporting, business and financial planning, cross-functional collaboration ensuring implementation to endless problem solving.

Key role and responsibilities:

- Monitoring, review and analysis of key KPIs, analysis of company's actual performance compared to business plans; visibility creation through dashboards and financial models; and reporting to key stakeholders

- Management reporting of key metrics that aid business decision making and support key strategic initiatives

- Budgeting and forecasting; preparation of AOP and other financial plans

- Collaborate extensively with cross-functional stakeholders, creating action plans and ensuring implementation

Requirements:

- Chartered Account/MBA Finance from a premier institute with 2-5 years post qualification experience (Preferred)

- Relevant prior experience in business finance

- High on ownership and go getter attitude

- Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint and data analytics
