You Role with us Owner on boarding - Responsible for standardising process for Fin Tech and seamless master update &amp; Validation of Agreement with approved Deal and ensuring all tech and tax related compliance at the time of CRS ID creation along with the help of cross functional teams. - Validation of Agreement with approved Deal and ensuring all tech and tax related compliance at the time of vendor ID creation Advances / security deposits - Will manage Budget vs Actual pay-out to minimise risky advances and ensure its collection and entire process is done under no risk &amp; delay. - Working with Legal and City team to drive collection of money from owner of purged property and ensure the financial balance updates . Reconciliation with Owners and Payments - Responsible for Timely and accurate payment to owners to avoid any leakages &amp; to maintain a steady &amp; long term relationship with Partners. - Resolution of query from ground team effective relationship owners of property to ensure it doesn- t lead to property churn Additional Requirements Experience- - 4+ years of experience will be preferred - CA with 2-3 of experience will be preferred - B. Com &amp; Chartered accountant ( Any Full time Graduate &amp; CA role is must )
