In-depth understanding of the search engine ranking process as well as basic knowledge of HTML, PHP, CSS, and web standards. - Responsible for a Unit P&amp;L as part of the SEO; management and execution of top and bottom-line growth, assist in budgeting and forecasting - Develop annual, quarterly and project-level SEO strategies designed to maximize performance across Technical, Content and Off-site SEO to achieve business goals - Create short- and long-term SEO recommendations, based on the audits, that incorporate keyword findings, content recommendations, site structure updates as needed, and or technical enhancements - Maintain and manage search tools to identify site issues and collaborate with technology to resolve defects - Constantly monitor and communicate changes in industry trends and search engine algorithms to the organization, including up-to-date search marketing considerations - Create a test-and-learn culture within our SEO team through A-B testing and close measurement of site releases. - Deep knowledge of technical SEO, search tools and a creative mind to leverage them in new ways. - Lead the strategic direction and execution of global SEO strategies. - Monitor and report against objectives and set business-relevant KPIs. - Excellent understanding of technical SEO, onsite content optimization, link building and offsite strategies including digital PR - Experience working in enterprise environments and building managing successful teams.
