Duties and responsibilities
Audit
- Conduct audits of identified potential properties against predetermined standards and submit feasibility report
- Devise accurate cost and service estimates for converting audited property and propose realistic timelines for the same, basis audited condition
- Plan for optimal inventory and delivery timelines of goods and services for launching properties as per estimate Go-live dates in the most cost-effective manner
Operations and Cost Optimization
- Ensure all property launches are achieved in a time bound and cost effective manner
- Place orders as per planned inventory with the VM team and coordinate for timely deliveries
- Regularly monitoring and prioritizing PMC activities to meet stringent go-live timelines
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborating extensively with all internal and external stakeholders (VM, Finance, IT, HR, PMC, etc.) for flawless execution of property transformation and launch
- Take autonomous, data-driven decisions and execute process improvement initiatives
