Oyo Rooms, also known as Oyo Homes &amp; Hotels, is an Indian hospitality chain. It is the world's third-largest, one of China's top two and the fastest growing hospitality chain of leased and franchised hotels, homes &amp; living spaces. The incumbent needs to have the following skillsets: (i) Experience working in a reputed law firm doing M&amp;A, PE and JV transactions. The incumbent will help in managing transactional work. (ii) Support some US and Latin America operational work and therefore the incumbent should have also worked on general corporate matters (iii) Conduct extensive legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating indicative and definitive transaction documents; (iv) Handle corporate - commercial legal and transactional legal work and successfully conclude transactional deals and many corporate - commercial documentation and negotiation independently. (v) Strong drafting skills and working on business contracts. (vi) Strong articulation skills (vii) Detail oriented approach along with the ability to influence Experience: 5-8 Years relevant experience Education: Law degree from reputed law colleges/universities
