- Managing the entire internal communications and employee branding program for OYO. This would involve driving communications company milestones, employee engagement initiatives, awards and recognition - Responsible and accountable for conveying the strategy, voice, style, tone, and messaging intentions of the leader for all executive / strategic communications. Develops credibility with employees, other CXOs, and other functional leads; ensuring alignment. Maintains strong understanding of all business offerings, customer segments, and market-specific considerations. - Ensuring alignment and execution throughout the organization by developing and executing internal comms strategies and tactics to support external initiatives and events. Participates on key organizational teams, councils and task forces, as needed. - Manages messaging around organizational and program changes and roll-out to stakeholders. Works effectively with HR team and broader OYO communications network. - Responsible and accountable for ensuring the messages effectively reach target audiences including, but not limited to the following channels: email, leadership meetings,, in-person meetings (e.g., town halls, national sales meetings, leadership visits). Positions the leader effectively in events/ university engagements, etc. - Responsible and accountable for communications to build community, promote activities, and contribute to employee engagement and culture-building efforts that contribute to the overall OYO employee engagement campaigns - Conceptualizing, directing and editing the development and/or developing a variety of content, from social media posts to fun articles, listicles, videos, podcasts etc. for placement in owned channels - Ensures consistency and appropriateness of all communications; writes clear and interesting material ensuring quality, tone, consistency, and alignment with business style, goals and objectives. - Driving measurable collaboration across Leadership, HR, Communications (external), Marketing and Brand teams to ensure communications plans, narratives and content deliverable are leveraged to maximum effect. Work entails frequent travel to other cities Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism or another relevant field - Minimum 8 years of PR experience internal communications and corporate communications - Strong content writing skills for use across traditional and online platforms, including copy writing skills - Understanding and ability to use of various media (video, Web, digital, etc.)
