Job Requirement:
HR Process Reengineering
- Work with COEs and HRBPs to develop understanding of the HR processes
- Bring in an outside perspective to process on how they can be simplified and redesigned to bring out the best experience, process and stakeholder efficiency
- Close the process design with stakeholders for sign off
HR Tech Product solutioning
- Understand from the HR tech products that which HR tech product will best suit our requirements.
- How the product fits into our HR Tech landscape
- Understand integrations, data flows, work flows, user access
- Work with engineering team and tech vendors to simulate the signed off process on the product.
- Conduct a POC
Project implementation
- Draw out project plans along with Engineering team and vendors to deliver the project as per requirements
- Be aware of the cost and time efforts
- Writing of test cases
- Undertake sanity testing
- Ensure project plan reviews and updates to stakeholders on a regular basis
Change Management
- Device a change management plan to launch the new product, features and functionalities
- Ensure proper user training
- Creation of training manuals
- Ensure communication to stakeholder at the right time.
Adoption, Usage and Analytics
- Drive adoption and usage by continuously keeping a tab on monthly / daily active users
- Drive plans to adopt the product, functionality and features
- Work with HRBPs and COEs to drive adoption
Continuous improvement
- Engage with HRBPs and COE Leads to understand feedback about the product
- Conduct FGDs with Employees to understand their expectations
- Loop back the findings to re-engineer the process.
Skills and Qualifications:
- HR domain understanding
- Ability to work with HR Tech products
-Understand technical construct and product features and functionalities
- Process and product solutioning
- Consultative approach
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Analytical orientation
- Exposure to Oracle, Success factors, Workday, other HR Tech products
- B.E. & MBA in HR with 5-7 years of experience
