OYO Rooms - Hub Head - P&L - South (10-14 yrs)
- Proven Sales Leader with clear focus to drive daily, weekly and Monthly Offline GMV numbers on a sustainable basis.
- Manage end to end P&L for the hub.
- Drive the offline channels and close liaising with the online team and ensure meeting of the URN (Used Room Nights) targets.
- Responsible for managing operations (Quality of service & escalations) in the marketplace and ensuring high quality of customer experience.
- Building sustainable demand channels from a long term perspective.
- Ability to hire and manage a team of high key Resources.
- Responsible for meeting the supply/acquisition targets and identifying new supply/acquisition avenues.
- Creating new processes to improve operational efficiencies.
