OYO Rooms - Hub Head (10-12 yrs)

Role : Hub Head-Patna
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the business vision of the hub and build the territory towards the most sustainable growth trajectory
- Accountable for the productivity of the multi-functions such as the Supply, Transformation, Operations, Demand, Finance, etc.
a) Supply :
- Strategize in adding (supply) rooms month on month
- Build a strong portfolio of inventory suitable for ever changing consumer needs
- Ensure inventory (rooms) are considerably more than the demand for rooms
- Periodic review with key stake holders
b) Transformation :
- Accountable for ensuring the acquired inventory is live with the agreed timelines
- Periodic review with the key stake holders to ensure that the TAT for transforming the rooms to live is well under the agreed time lines
c) Operations :
- Accountable for ensuring the transformed rooms are well audited as per the OYO brand promise and also the guest experience is well-taken care off by the operations team
- Periodic review with the key stakeholders to ensure that the guest experience is enhanced and sustained
d) Demand :
- Liaise with the central online team and ensure there is robust brand visibility of the properties situated in the assigned market place (Hub)
- Drive business leaders to build sustainable and long term business channels like corporates, travel agents, banquets, MICE
- Periodic review with the key stake holders (key corporates, sales head, central demand team) to ensure that the demand for rooms is well-taken care and there is an effective mechanism to handle customer escalations
e) Finance :
- Accountable for management of end to end P&L
- Accountable for generating revenue through key corporates and key properties
- Coach the functional leaders in their respective functions and develop a high-performance organization
- Recruit leaders, develop successors
