- Work as people advisor & partner with senior leaders and within the HR team to develop and implement HR plans and solutions

- Work with the business on the manpower planning with a short, mid and long term view as part of the AOP process

- Work closely with the talent acquisition team on ensuring delivery within timelines and 100% manning for assigned span

- Consistently engage with high potentials/critical talent using formal and informal tools and forum

- Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements

- Drive compliance across all HR processes like Induction, POSH training, exit process and employee engagement initiatives like R&R, leadership connects, etc

- Partner with the business to lead both annual and mid-year review processes which focus on performance management and talent development.

- Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests.

Skills :

- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis

- Ability to influence and partner across different levels of the organization to achieve results

- Experience working in a high-tech, entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
