Sales Head - Chennai


- Hold overall accountability of acquiring new clients/corporates/organizations, Travel Agents in the region for one channel

- Create strategies to identify different avenues for demand and revenue generation and problem solve for pain points in the region

- Accountable for keeping tab on end-to-end Sales process - from qualifying clients to closing the deals to retaining/acquiring new accounts/clients, in a specified region/market

- Keep tab of clients requirements and changing business/market scenario and tailor-pitch the product portfolio accordingly

- Efficiently plan and execute market-site visits within assigned region to assess potential and review status quo

- Identify opportunities through collection of feedback on market conditions, competition, pricing and other factors influencing onground sales

- Ensure collection of accounts receivable/outstanding amount from clients/accounts

- Hold accountability for overall EBITDA of ones region

Skills Required :

- Experience across travel/ hospitality/ airlines industry is mandatory (especially for retail channel)

- Experience across channel sales/ B2B sales/ product sales

- Ability to drive large territory/area

- Ability to manage large teams to deliver result

- High level of ownership

- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management

- Results driven and focused approach with attention to details

- Sales mindset

- Strong problem solving attitude with a bias to proactively resolving issues

- Good relationship management skills and ability to get things done

- Analytical frame of mind and go-getter attitude

- Process oriented and strong inclination towards streamlining tasks

- Ability to hustle internally and externally to solve client's issues

- Hands on in terms of keeping proper track of follow-ups

- Demonstrates high ethical values

Experience Required :

- 3-9 years experience in channel sales/ B2B sales/ product sales

- Experience across Travel, Airlines, Hospitality Industry is preferred
