Responsibilities -&nbsp; - Complete ownership of traffic and revenue from existing Customer through online platforms - App and Web - Drive repeat usage of existing users of the OYO platform - Leverage Customer Communications capabilities across all channels, across platforms - user behavior, brand and demand based communications - to drive repeat transactions from users - Work closely with product team to build retention hooks in users flows on app and web - Empathy and ability to understand user psyche and design engagement - Hands on experience of User Flow Mapping, Data Modeling and Analytics, Brand Communication Design - Develop contextual elements by using local knowledge and data based insights in all the CRM modules Preferred Person: - 5+ years of growth marketing experience - Managed CRM/CLM in an ECommerce /Consumer company - Hands on experience of engagement, retention &amp; resurrection frameworks - understands the 'why' in addition to 'how' - Experience of developing hypotheses, gathering feedback and A/B testing them - First principle problem solving, data-driven decision making ability - Stakeholder management and great interpersonal skills - Ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts - 'Fail Fast, Learn Faster'
