Head - Referrals Lakhs of travelers use OYO and many of them want to tell their friends and family about their good experiences. As the head of OYO Referral Program you will create experiences which help our existing Customers bring new ones onto the platform. The products you build will be used by 1. existing OYO Customers who want to invite their friends 2. power referrers and celebrities with millions of followers. Responsibilities -&nbsp; - Drive new user revenue from referral channel. - Propose and develop experiments to improve engagement with referral flows - Understand user funnels and identify opportunity for improvement, and suggest best practices that can be leveraged across the teams - Ability to multi tasks and manage multiple projects to drive conversions on online platforms Preferred Person - 3+ years of product management experience (working with Marketing &amp; User Acquisition) - Understanding of growth and referral loops - Understanding of cohort analysis, segmentation and deriving actionable insights from data - Experience developing hypotheses, gathering feedback and A/B testing them when appropriate - First principal problem solving, analytical skills, data-driven focused decision making, excellent project management skills - Good interpersonal skills and stakeholder management, who can get things done! - Ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts. We at OYO prefer - Fail Fast, Learn Fast - Product experience in an ecommerce/consumer company preferred - MBA from premier schools
