People/HR Operations:
- Managing people operations for a workforce of 400+ employees comprising both off and on-payroll staff
- This involves employee queries, payroll, employee engagement
- Performing performance management and ensuring KRAs and KPIs are defined and aligned across all levels
- Driving compensation based decision making across hiring/incentive plan/variable pay plan etc
Recruitment:
- Handling end to end recruitment across all levels, junior, mid, senior levels
- Understanding business requirements and making structured hiring plan
- Building a structured hiring channel through Campus/ vendor connect
Special Projects
- Driving special projects in the organization pertaining to manpower planning, efficiency, resource utilization, effectiveness and organization change
- Creating processes and systems and optimizing it
