Job Description:-

- Ability to engage with different stakeholders - central teams, vendors, property owners, local teams.

- P&L focused - can run the Hub like a full-fledged business and grow it exponentially.

- Executing complex operations and solving problems persistently and at lightning speed.

- Ability to take and drive decisions across offline demand, Supply, Cx with the right balance.

- Ability to network with hotel owners, corporates and open additional structured channels of demand.

- Undergraduate degree from a Tier I college/university in India (IIT, BITS, NIT, etc.) OR MBA/PGDM from Tier I Colleges in India.

- Experience of around 3+years or more.

- Ability/Willingness to build operational capabilities.

- A good understanding of consumer experience or common sense to build it.

- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) and sound analytical skills as well.
