Organization Unit: OYO WorkSpaces

Title: Operations Head (West) - Mumbai

Reporting to: TR Head - WorkSpaces

Location: Mumbai (OYO - office)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage entire operation team for multiple centers through Center and Community Managers

- Recruitment and training of center team members

- Drive customer experience and process excellence through team, with full implementation of Operation SOPs

- Maintain Health, Safety, Cleanliness, Hygiene and Security protocols through Team

- Maintain facilities as per OYO standards and Co-ordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure smooth center operation

- Maintain relationship with building management team

- Owning and managing the budget of all centers/units across the region for operation cost control,

- Provide and implement strategic inputs for Operation efficiencies, and manage cost through continuous monitoring at various stages.

- Supporting Value Added Service (VAS) team for center VAS revenue

- Manage client billing, outstanding through center managers

- Achieve NPS targets, Retention targets (through client renewal) & occupancy targets (through client expansion)

- Collaborate with Project team during project execution work, Complete center handover from Project team, and ownership of Project Snag list

- Monitor and report center occupancy numbers for MIS, and renewal timelines

- Engage with housekeeping and security agencies for best manpower deployment, and ensure resource availability for center operation through Resource Planning

- Work with IT team for uninterrupted services to clients

- Manage queries from local government authorities

- Initiate, collaborate and manage events for member's engagement and education

- Implement operation TAT, and keep it aligned with vendor SLAs

- Manage operational risks through identification, evaluation and mitigation implementation through organized process

Eligibility Criteria (Include information on Preferred Background/experience/qualification etc.)

- MBA (Tier 1 Institute) Full time only.

- Relevant experience of 5 to 7 years

- Hands on experience in managing operations.
